Refund policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

Because Veyron Bio Labs supplies biochemical research materials whose identity, purity, storage history, and chain of custody cannot be verified after shipment, all sales are final except as stated below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation by emailing veryonbiolabs@gmail.com before your order is fulfilled. We will try to honor the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable. If we verify the claim, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

RETURNS
We do not accept routine returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind returns. Do not send any item back without written authorization. If we authorize a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and stored as directed. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error or a verified defect. An authorized return address and instructions will be provided by email.

DELAYS AND UNSHIPPED ORDERS
If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide notice and, when required by law, offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. Orders we cannot fulfill will be canceled and refunded.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process the refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.
