These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Veyron Bio Labs online store and the purchase of products from Veyron Bio Labs ("Veyron," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.

1. RESEARCH-USE PRODUCTS
Our biochemical materials are offered solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, or scientific research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease; food, drug, cosmetic, household, or clinical use; compounding; or administration to humans or animals. Products are not represented as approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are not sold as sterile, pharmaceutical grade, or suitable for clinical use.

2. CUSTOMER QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering, you represent that you are an authorized purchaser for a legitimate research purpose, possess or work under the supervision of personnel with the training and facilities needed to receive, handle, store, use, and dispose of the materials safely, and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, institutional requirements, and safety practices. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is lawful and appropriate for your intended research and location.

3. PROHIBITED USES
You may not purchase, use, resell, transfer, relabel, advertise, or distribute any product for human or veterinary use, personal consumption, therapeutic or diagnostic use, compounding, or any unlawful purpose. You may not make false or misleading statements about our products or use the site to violate the rights of others, introduce malicious code, scrape data, interfere with security, or commit fraud. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders when we reasonably suspect a prohibited or unsafe use.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions and references to biological pathways are provided for research context only and are not medical advice or claims of safety, efficacy, or fitness for any clinical purpose. Images may be illustrative. Specifications, availability, packaging, and pricing may change. To the extent there is a conflict, a product's label, certificate, or written specification controls over general website content.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected misuse, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or legal and compliance concerns. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and authorize the stated charges, taxes, and shipping fees.

6. SHIPPING, RISK, AND RETURNS
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and carrier terms. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

7. STORAGE, HANDLING, AND SAFETY
You are responsible for reviewing available product information and implementing appropriate controls, including personal protective equipment, containment, secure storage, access restrictions, incident response, and lawful disposal. Do not use a product if its package is damaged, its identity is uncertain, or required storage conditions may have been compromised; contact us promptly.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site and its original text, graphics, logos, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Veyron Bio Labs and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal or internal business purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our products.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment or delivery providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services beyond obligations imposed by law.

10. DISCLAIMERS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEYRON BIO LABS AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISUSE, IMPROPER STORAGE OR HANDLING, OR PROHIBITED USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veyron Bio Labs and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful, prohibited, negligent, or unauthorized use, handling, resale, or transfer of products, or your violation of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida.

14. CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
